Red Lobster - Oklahoma City

This place was fantastic! The food came hot and the service was amazing! Kali was such a great server! I ordered the salmon New Orleans and my wife ordered the Ultimate Festival. We both enjoyed and recommend this Red Lobster!

It's been about 2 years since I last had eaten at Red Lobster because they changed the way they prepared the items on the menu and, to be honest, I wasn't happy. I went back yesterday and it was wonderful. At Harbor Bank Bar and it was spectacular. They took out some of the noodles and put more of the seafood that is always beautiful.

Seriously, the installations must be updated. First I took my daughter to use the ladies' room. 1. Problem the bathroom smelled like pee and air eater. All the toilets were dirty. One had urine on the whole seat, the middle stable had dried urine with down hair stuck in it and the other stable had crushed poo. An employee came with paper towels and I said the toilets were bad. She just ran out. I never saw anyone coming back and doing it clean. My son used the men's room and told me the urinals were secured with urine. Eating was pretty okay. I have the kids lobster, it smelled funky and tasted super fishy. The manager took it off and apologized, but excused that lobsters move and sometimes tastes like that. Never heard of it. I love Red Lobster, but not this place. The server was really nice and very helpful. Manager was nice too, but I don't want to hear any excuses. An apology is enough and I appreciate it.

The entire staff was great. We sat in the bar area. Zack, who knows our preference in drinks, has met us with his most warm greeting drinks at the table. This guy knows customer service! He was followed by CJ(Christopher) who knocked it out of the park! To be fair, we visit this restaurant quite a bit, but the service is the absolute best, the reason we continue to come back. Food is also great! Shrimp Trio, YUM!

It's been aloooooong while since I've been to Red Lobster. Still a great place for something good.
