Sobeys Okotoks

I wasn't too sure where to let you guys know. But I bought 3 pears Australia Sunpick WILLIAM BARTLETT 4409 on the tag, and I tried to let them ripen up for a couple of days. The outside of the pears stayed hard, but the insides were brown. I ended up looking this up online, and it turns out that the cause of this is from the fruit being left on the trees too long. I do enjoy shopping at this okotoks location and I still do plan on shopping. But I'm not to sure if this batch might have slipped by quality control. I just wanted to give you guys the heads up and to also say thank you for having a great store, good staff, and great deals.

My favorite of all the Okotoks grocery stores. I live near Costco and Save On Foods but will always drive further for Sobeys. It's not about the prices which seem fair but it feels more inviting and friendly.

Canadian chain grocery stores are mostly the same but the friendly and helpful staff here set it apart. They make shopping here a pleasant experience

There is a young man working at Sobeys, his name is Sonny. He has always been pleasant to me and my husband every time we’re in the store. He’s a great addition to the very friendly staff working at Sobeys Okotoks. Keep up your great hiring practice.

What I really like about Sobeys is the produce section. It's the best place for fresh produce in Okotoks and Ive been shopping here for 18 years.
