Feedback gevenI and my friend went here for our 1 year jubilee it took us 15 minutes to get space and after that it took about 10 minutes to come for our server and get our order. we ordered as soon as she arrived at our table, it took 20 minutes to come our appetizers and when we got them they were cold. after that our entrée. came out about 15 minutes later, and while we were here, 3 different people left the waiting area because nobody served them. I just came here because I got a gift card and I won't be here again.
Wow, the management at this place is fluctuating. two server on a Sunday night. one of the server bars tends. the server make a thing to a time when they serve. let it go like multitask. also they have waited for men and then there is no greeting. I'll just leave her up there. has ordered an appetizer and the waiter has not even put it on the order. I'll wait here forever to get our fucking and not refilling. people looking for online orders and giving false orders.
The service is terrible and eating was terrible. we ordered buffalo wings and they came out of cake in cayenne powder? strange. manager realized how evil it looked and said that neither buffalo wings. they took one of our meal times because the wings were so fiesce.
Our server took care of our needs, but gave strange vibes. he'd just kind of stare at us, but he was a good waiter. we ordered steak with shrimp add on. the steak looks like it was cooked. it was not appetizing to look. it was quite overcooked, but it tastes ok. the garnels were really delicious. we also ordered kartoffels and they were also delicious. it wasn't the worst meal I've ever had, but it wasn't special either.
First time back tonight after two years. Hard to review. Can't point to any one thing that made this a bad experience. I guess it would be all things. Food not very good service was as good as could be with so few servers. Prices went way up. At this point it would be very hard to get me to go back. The riblets were always my favorite. Now they tasted like roast beef in BBQ sauce. I believe they were pork before, in a nutshell don't go.
