Ouro Verde - Olhão

Restaurant was open 2 days ago 28/1/2022...lovely spot for breakfast or lunch... Have eaten here many times. Always very good... And all staff very pleasant too

Have stopped here more than once for a coffee break when wandering Olhao. It’s always busy and the cafe com leite is good and only 90cents.

Great spot....lots of locals eat here ...food very good...great selection...nice people...very reasonable.

Beer and Fanta we both ordered the sardines with salad couldn’t be anything else having been around the fish market splendid salad and fish wow!

A charming cafe in which to have a drink, snack or complete meal. I do not wish to bang on about how very reasonably priced it is, as that is to do it an injustice. But where else can you get two plates of lovely home cooked food, a couple of drinks and two of the best pasteis de natas (I have been practicing that, it is the pinnacle of my Portuguese) in Portugal for ten quid? Hmm? Nowhere. On top of that the standard of English spoken is superb and delivered unpatronisingly and most helpfully. You can sit outside in the sun, in the shade or, in poor weather, inside. Even the toilets are perfectly fine. We come here several times every time we visit the Algarve, and are never disappointed. Except when we get the times wrong, and they are closed. We got a rescue dog recently, and the lady who mostly serves us was even charming to Love. Go there, and be charmed yourself.
