The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I love the artistic, rustic details throughout the restaurant. The bed is very comfortable, and the meals were generous in portion size and of excellent quality and flavor. Overall, I would rate the room a 5, the service a 5, and the location a 4.

"I had a friendly host, but I cannot recommend this place. It offers poor value for money and is definitely not the luxury accommodation that was advertised. Our room was not ready until our arrival at around 3:30 a.m., and we were cold throughout our stay due to inadequate heating—a single tiny heater was insufficient. There was a fireplace, but it wasn't operated continuously through the night, and there was no heating in the bathroom. The room's cleanliness also left much to be desired. Overall, the pricing does not match the level of service and attention to detail that is expected. After two nights, we ended up staying only one while still paying for the entire duration."

First they seemed nice, but when we went in a dark in the back (what seemed a garage or something, creepy paperwork everywhere, we just cleaned it away and we regret not looking at the place before we pay the remaining money. when she showed us how she pointed out to all the faulty devices that we should not use, she asked me if he was a handler and how she gets some of her guests to help her fix 'the place up. Even if my man is a handyman, we are on our annual day cursed, we came there to not work to relax. the handle of the sliding door (which in the round its main entrance is broken and everyone can literally break in with a ruler, no security at all. when we saw the bath, she told us that she pulled out 3 light bulbs and left us only with 1 when we asked why she answered because the gast would leave the lighter on the way away. it was so dusty and dirty when we dried the towels on the oil heater because they were not dried and ready for us, broke the towel rack while she showed us around. the bed sheets did not look clean, nor smelled them clean, we saw some bedbugs on the bed and that brought us immediately. we booked the deluxe suite with spa bath, there was no balcony or mountain views for us.
