Burger King - Omaha

Every manager I have come into contact here, is terrible! they are rude, soou unfriendly and unprofessional, so no wonder why all the employees there is too! if they don’t like to get home job quit! many other jobs out there, but take a job and be angry and then treat the customers is crazy! never come back here

The manager this clearly understaffed bk, held them cool in a very busy situation. somehow they and the cook were the only two there. complete journey through the line and the people inside. I, I, I could not have been as calm and have collected as she was in this situation! kudos to her. she must be paid more definitiw!

The workers seem really nice in the window. but when I came home, we both found those who had holes in the middle of the burger, they looked like they were in American torments. I called the place and no answer. quite scared

I ordered dinner for my family bout 3 weeks ago. I sat in the drive thru a bit thinking I was getting fresh hot food.I was only person in drive thru.I was disgusted at what I found when I got home. Its obvious everything was thrown in the microwave to heat it up and not in the fryer. My wife's sandwich was still cold in the middle. I ordered a Chi'king. I bit into a luke warm sandwich that was basically battered piece of leather.I tried to cut it and the knife wouldn't cut thru it so I threw it away. I reached out to corporate office that night and I was advised I would receive a call from the store manager in 7 to 10 days as I wanted a refund. I never got the call so I reached out to Corporate office again and I was assured I would get a call from store management..Yet here I have waited bout same timeframe and not one call.Its obvious the store manager nor the franchise owner care about their customers especially the ones who have experienced a subpar service.DONT STOP at this burger king if you want a hot fresh meal .I would rather spend more at the competition across the street that I know that I will have a better experience all around .
