Feedback gevenWorst service I?ve received. We were charged for an incorrect order and the staff refused to fix their mistake and we were turned away being told, there is nothing we can do. This visit happens 12/02/22 at 8:20pm, incredibly rude staff.
Idk if they are slaughtering the cow in the back or baking bread for every order but the past 5 times I've came here its taken 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a single combo. I've had cars honk at me and get parked after waiting 10 minutes. I thought itwas a staffing issue at first so didn't complain but there's been 6 people chillin in the back the last few times so I don'tunderstand why there's such a long wait for 3 items
The place was really clean, thr restrooms were clean and the service was somewhat fast despite us being a large group. There were only 2 workers but it seemed like a slow night besides my family and I. I feel like the workers got overwhelmed with asurplus of customers at once and it's completely understandable. The orders got mixed up but we got everything we ordered at theend of the day. The reason for my 3 stars is my order. #11, this is not the first and not the only location where I order thisbacon Swiss, that my chicken is not cooked fully !!! It looks crispy on the outside and is gummy, thick, and chewey and pinkishon the inside. Its a hit or miss with this order. Please leave it cooking longer...I couldn't eat it and it's so expensive
Used to love Carl's Jr now it's just ok...still good but not as good as 10 years ago
We we were sooo disappointed! We were looking forward to one of those awesome breakfast biscuits to start our day and got biscuits that seemed to be a day old. None of that expected buttery, crunchy, yummy taste. The lady serving us, had a greatsmile and was very friendly though. However, we won't be back for breakfast at this location I'm sorry to say.
