Northern Union - Ogunquit

In all the time we've gone to Ogunquit, we had never been to Northern Union. We were able to secure a reservation and we are very happy we did! The food is excellent- lobster deviled eggs and potato latke for apps, a Caesar salad and the flank steak and swordfish for dinner. Everything was done perfectly and the sauces complemented the main entrees. I especially like the cumin spiced dollops that decorated the steak plate as well as the roasted corn. Focaccia that was brought to the table was fresh and delicious. The wine list is extensive and they offer half bottles of a multitude of wines as well as wines by the glass and wines by the bottle. The service was well-paced and excellent. The floor manager came by a couple of times as well to deliver things-when our wait staff was busy. They worked in sync and it seemed to really work. One other thing- the tables are well-spaced out so it's not loud or crowded. They also have a very nice outside area with a fire pit- I was thinking fall would be a nice time to sit there.

Stellar presentation and gorgeous flavors. Our server Colleen was a delight. Shockingly good.

Great spot for dinner with excellent food and staff. Unique menu and everything was great with maybe one exception. The swordfish was done perfectly but had a very salty flavor for some reason.

One of the best meals we have had in a long time (and I used to live in NYC)! Everything from the food to the service was absolutely impeccable! Shout out to Graham for being an awesome server. We got the halibut, cauliflower , swordfish and sesame tuna dishes and were so impressive with every single dish! We will be definitely be back! The hostesses could not be more accommodating! Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

What a great little find on our walk back to our hotel. The food was interesting with many gluten free options. Drinks and wine list were fantastic! Service was nice and casual.
