Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill

I have left the veggie fajitas on the basis of the reviews that others have left here, and I only asked for no acid cream. on the back of the menu they have a veggie section, and I'm pretty sure they can change any of it to be vegan.

The veggie fajitas are good and so are the chips and guacamole. the drinks are cheap.

On my visit, they were very short, I guess due to the worker shortage. They had 2 waitresses for a semi-packed house and they did a good job. I was a little disappointed that all the hostess did was seat use and give us menus. With them short, she could have gave us silverware, drinks and chips while we waited. We had Kathy for our waitress and her service and the food served was very good. We will be back and if we have to wait (not to long) we will.

Staff: 4 Food: 4 Salsa was okay but I'm used to fresh salsa. Overall the food was better than a lot of the other restaurants. Would definitely recommend. (Sorry can't find the pic of the fajitas.

This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. Our waitress recommended anything with "Texas" in the name, and she was spot on! I tried the Texas burrito and it was delicious - filled with grilled onions, shrimp, chicken, and two sides. My wife had the chicken quesadilla, which was also packed with chicken. She loved it so much that she said if we lived nearby, she would want to come back once a week just for the quesadilla. They also serve thin chips with a delicious salsa for dipping - we enjoyed it so much that we asked for seconds! The restaurant has large TV screens throughout the dining area so you can catch all the games. The staff was friendly and attentive. With great food and a welcoming atmosphere, this will definitely be my go-to spot when I visit Orange Beach again.
