Feedback gevenUsually this is not a bad Arby's to stop at but they got to figure a way to have a available till to continue to ring up professional drivers and have something as a backup plan during a shift change do I have to wait 30 minutes is not good every 15 minutes counts against a professional drivers log book. However I was not driving I was on a different business matter we need to try to see if we can try to figure a better way on having a available till to be used during the shift change. 20 to 30 minute wait is time costly and not only cost customer's time it cost the business I do understand that a shift change needs to be done. I decided to go somewhere else at that time.
Did not know that an Arby's could have breakfast. They should do that everywhere. I was very impressed with the options and quality. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
Bread was stale and meat was cold.Service wasn't bad but mixed my order with someone else's order. Not returning.
Fish sandwich sat on the bank too long and should have been served to a alley cat, not a paying customer. Strike one. I waited about 10 minutes for it, long enough for two fresh batches. Strike two. One more strike and your out of my life.
One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the treatment is unbearable.
