Smaller store but, order ahead and my order was ready at time promised. They are happy to help and will make anything right. Great service.

The food is usually always really good. The service is great. The location isn't the best since there's no pull around to the front. You have to go back by the drive-through and then pull around. But it's a decent place to eat.

What in the world is this big slab of what can only be described as warmed-up reconstituted meat? And cold fries to go with it. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had; I actually threw away all $29 of lukewarm trash.

I didn't realize how important it is for the beef to be sliced wafer thin. Unfortunately, the order was to go, so we didn't realize this until we were home, but the roast beef was cut so thick, it surprisingly affected the taste in a really bad way. I couldn't even finish the sandwich. The bread was also soggy because of it. Hopefully, this is a one-off and Arby's didn't change their flagship product.

SUPER rude employees and crew running this place. I got old cold fries in the drive through so went back in and asked for fresh ones and they said “oh, she doesnt like the “old fries” we gave her and started boohooing in the back. Sorry I want to actually eat my $5 fries….100% wont come back here.
