Starbucks - Orem

Incompetent workers, unsympathetic management unwilling to correct issues made. Also unable to show empathy for mistakes made. Have never had a bad experience at Starbucks until now.

Please stop slacking on your door dash customers. Include all ingredients ordered and make how you would if I were to come in store. I ordered the egg, sausage and added cheese muffin. Came with no cheese and Luke warm. Probably from your display. I had to add my own cheese and warm up-I shouldn't have to for something I paid for. My drink was made wrong at another location, came to this one and they fixed it instantly. I don’t know who the gorl was who helped me but she was blonde with a braid. So sweet and make my drink perfect!

Best coffee I’ve ever had!!! I get the same coffee every time and this Starbucks location- the BEST!

This is my go to Starbucks when I'm in town. I like to go into this particular SB. The staff is super friendly and they prioritize the drivethru over indoor patrons. Great experience and thanks for a great latte.
