Hooters - Orland Park

The food was fresh, at the weekend broke in....was something empty, which was good for us. burger lasted 45 min, but overall had a great experience, will definitely return for other menu items.

The chicken wings here have not been well cooked yet. I have clogged my 'mild' wings with a tonne oil that all saw on my wings oily saturated. the whole plate on which the wings stood was filled with oil. I don't like to bake it with any soda, so I didn't like it as it looked. very unpleasant look. it made me sick after I had eaten the first two wings for all the oil. the manager said they were cooking now. the waitress told me it wasn't her fault, and of course I know it's not her fault, she's not the cook. the manager was happy to reimburse me. the personal here was always brilliant, but that is the reason why I often go there. that didn't happen before I love the wings there. I have long gone to these hooterns, and his just quality of the wings was simply not good this year.

If I could evaluate my experience of hooters yesterday, I will rate it 0 stars. my friend and I love hooters, especially because hooters play the games that my friend likes to watch. yesterday my friend and I had 9:30 clock reservations. we got our table fast. our waiter name was secret. we have only received our food 10:55. that could have influenced their actions to provide us with a bad service. Maybe she was tired. remember, we are just a party of two; and our waiter brought our pepsi 25 minutes after we ordered our food. we didn't even get a straw for our drinks. we did not see them again until our food came at 10:55 a.m. at this time we could finally ask for straws for our drinks, and with the time our drinks had melted out of the ice. our drinks are too water. because it is covid, we do not drink directly tassen and straws would be appreciated. as a customer I felt uncomfortable too, because I am in my 20s and I am not sure if my service was bad from secret because my friend and I seem to be younger than what we see she was excessively tired, or both. she never recognized my annoyance; she only communicated and made eye contact with my friend. which I find very unprofessional because she had a party of two not one. in any case, we both had a bad experience and will not return.

They are seriously removed from these hoosters. they have a few little girls working in fine front with big settings. as if it's just fritted wings it's not so serious. not worth the evil settings. the place was almost empty many tables that I saw as they had at least 20 separate guests parties in a few minutes. to the manager: teach their hostess gals not to be so rude tk customers. they are literally the first people they see when they walk in the door and who cares when there is a game? Does that mean to turn all the guests away for 15 o'clock? the one host even called a woman a woman, b b b c the dame was upset that there were no tables, she showed up on all empty tables and said, but there is no one sitting down, she heh she went away she called her that and was constantly hit on a piece chewing gum obnoxiously! how rude

If I could rate my experience from Hooters yesterday, I’ll rate it 0 stars. My boyfriend and I love Hooters, especially because Hooters play the games that my boyfriend likes to watch. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had reservations for 9:30 pm. We received our table quickly. Our waiter name was Secret. We didn’t receive our food until 10:55pm. Which could’ve influenced her actions to give us poor service. Maybe she was over sat. Remember though, we’re only a party of two; and our waiter brought out our Pepsi’s 25 minutes after we ordered our food. We didn’t even receive a straws for our drinks. We also didn’t see her again until our food came out at 10:55 pm. At that time, we was finally able to ask for straws for our drinks, and by time then, our drinks had melted from the ice. Causing our drinks to be water down. Since it’s Covid, we don’t drink off of cups directly, and straws would’ve been appreciated. As a customer, I also felt uncomfortable because I am in my 20’s and I’m not sure if my service was bad by Secret because my boyfriend and I appear to be younger than what we look, she was overly sat, or both. She also never acknowledged my presence; she only communicated and made eye contact with my boyfriend. Which I find highly unprofessional because she had a party of two not one. Either way, we both had a bad experience overall and will not be returning anymore.
