Feedback gevenWe order on the line we wanted to raise to the breakfast. as we go into the street, our eating came hot and fresh, but they forget one of our drinks, but we went back to the inside to get it. I feel that whoever needs the pick-up orders they really need to check the bags before they send out the order and that goes also for insider orders, except that they have some great food.
Read my order back to me made my sandwich wrong. When I went inside to let them know after they had waited 11 minutes for my food, they asked me where my reception was while I had the sandwich in my hand and then fought with me over a piece of American cheese. they were absolutely rudely traded as if it were a total inconvenience to regain my sandwich, did not even ask me about a name for my order, I will never return to this place again.
I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A for three months since I moved to dr. phillips. rachael the manager was so rude for me when I asked for extra salat on my meal that I was at least twice a week. I order the breakfast from this same facility for my entire team weekly. then she told me she would charge my card extra on a separate credit card fee. .21 centss for a small piece salat!!! rachael, you have to be kidding me, very poor management. Chick-fil-A I will never order from them again after what happened today.
Always a problem. arbeiter has the nerve to organize me a tragetablet and drinks for me. bunch of lazy kids working here. manager has done nothing to improve the customer service experience on this site or to tackle problems. they think that handing out free meal cards fix the problems.
Drive thru line blocks one complete side of parking from backing up with out being let put.The line was super fast, and had two people taking orders. Good job moving the line at high noon.
