I went to the host to let her know there was a lot of blood in the man's rest because of my father. the so-called male manager came looking at my father and never once asked how he was if he needed medical attention, nothing! I said I could clean this blood and I apologized for my father. his answer was no, and huffed and said to one of the workers I will need a lot of towels. that is ridiculous behavior for a restaurant manager and my family and I will not be more than patrons at this facility.
I came on Sunday to take care of the load. I was immediately greeted by 5 or so employees on the floor and asked if they could help me, then I followed the load. every time I look at something you'd be going over and say. Oh, that's sweet when they look at these or they want to try that on, or they should buy that, etc. I teach the workers who want to help, but I just felt bombarded and unpleasant with them around after me. I just wanted to run around at my free time shopping and if I had a question, I would ask myself.
Went here for dinner yesterday. Food was great, had the maple bacon chickrn with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was tasty. Biscuits needed help, they were burnt and hard. Our server Alyssa was friendly and prompt, actually everyone was friendly and service was excellent.
Fairly unappetizing to watch the servers scraping plates in the dining room using a table meant for customers to eat fresh food on. Sort of leaves a this food is slop thought. And afterwards, a hands-on Mgray-shirted possibly a Lead or foh mgr very carelessly wiped-at one side portion of the table leaving the rest untouched. Walked away with his spray bottle and filthy greasy repetitively used cloth. YUCK! And moments later a hostess seated the next guest (next victim of the germy, slop conditions). A small table across from me has an uneaten meal.....sweet potato and what appears to be fried fish........before the customers left, server nor mgmt inquired as to why. I don 't like this laxness. Its getting kind of old and can 't be blamed on covid.....its the new careless uninterested dull employees, that 's all it is. And, Of course they expect a modern- gratuitous amount.
Cracker Barrel is always a fun spot to visit. This location is no exception. We went at 9am on a Saturday and were seated right away. The food is great and the prices are good. The store is the best part for me. It is so much fun to look through all of the decor, clothes, trinkets, candy and vintage drinks. They are always reasonably priced. We love Cracker Barrel and it's always a treat when we visit.
