Norman's - Orlando

My name is Eduardo Menendez I was totally amazed from the beginning not only the place was beautiful, but the service and quality was excellent, it was my 1 year anniversary and it both treats the use excellent, but let me tell you about our server I'll begin by far the best server I've ever had his name was Fernando orrios not only he felt at home, but the quality of his services was spectacular. He took the time to tell us about the menu and also some plates I recommended it on my self to try one of his recommendations that the Pork Havana was I did not regret it a bit the plate he was recommended just amazing, he also recommended a wine called Brachetto from Piedmonte Italy and had to try it, and again the wine was amazing and at the end of our day I tipped him as if I were paying with my credit card.

Such a wonderful and accommodating service about the excellent food. We have the tasting menu and David directed me away from items I couldn't eat and it was lovely. The Foie gras French Toast....oh my! One of the best things I've ever eaten. The wine couples were on site. Great food.

The service was wonderful food incredible. Our server David took care of us so well and his recommendations were on site. The Conch Chowder was remarkable, the presentation was beautiful and some of the tenderest cones I ever had. My husband had the Havana Pork and raved over it, several sauces made the taste come in various ways. I had made the staff aware that it was our 20th. Wedding jubilee was, and we were greeted with champagne and provided with a menu dessert. A special keepsake menu that was signed by the cook was a special note that I will never forget. I can't talk much about Norman's and will definitely return when back in the area of Orlando.

We went to Norman's first anniversary! Beyond an amazing experience! They gave us free champagne and dessert and a rose! The prices were also good for how awesome the experience and the food was! We also loved our waiter! Recommend to anyone looking for a romantic place to dine!

My love affair with Norman 's began over 7 years ago. We were just touring the facility and grounds. At that time it had just been built and was awaiting its future flurry of guests from all around the world. It featured a grand plaza and shopping malls, and then you come over to the eloquent Ritz Carleton side and discover a little hallway that seems to no end. You arrive at Norman 's and you are most pleasantly greeted by someone at the entrance to a long hallway that extends into the best view of the lake, and golf courses. You see shimmering light enter from the sealing and it is most definitely a surreal and comfortable round room. Your maitreD is probably one of the most charming people you have ever met. We were not dressed to impress, and luckily it was not a busy afternoon for them. They offered us a complimentary glass of champagne and a mouse bouche as we could sit and just relax for a moment. Certainly, at first glance, the prices might seem high. I can assure you after having traveled for a while now, and seen many restaurants and styles. You could say I 'm a bit of a foody. Guilty as charged. Because we did not have much money, and I was willing to spend at least 100$ I thought, why not ask and see if they will allow us to share the plates and that way we can try several different dishes and make a 3-course meal out of it. Well, it turned into a 4-course meal. Service, Chefs, Food, TOP NOTCH! Best meal I ever had, hands down! Never had service combined with amazing food. I 've been to even the Wynn in Vegas recently, and the service was not on par with food, but I digress. Norman 's will tantalize, accommodate, and give you a world class experience you have never had. There is a reason they are the only privately owned restaurant in any of the Ritz Carleton 's worldwide, because well simply they are the best!
