The room was hot most of the time.On-site restaurants and shops, but all are more expensive than the surrounding restaurants and stores. The pools are nice and kept clean. There is a bar located next to the pool. There are outside restrooms by the pool and towels provided. The golf course was under construction while visiting but the golf range was nice.Nearby activities: Surrounded by Orlando theme parks including Sea World, Universal Studios, and not far from the Disney parks.Walkability: This location is very walkable with various amenities like a basketball court, tennis court, arcade, multiple pools, and large parking lot.Food drinks: The multiple restaurants on-site offer variety and are delicious. But they are a bit more than you'd spend at the surrounding restaurants.
Gorgeous hotel. The convention center is huge and great for seminars. The rooms were nice and clean. No microwave or freezer in the mini fridges. The restaurants on property were all delicious and the pool options were great for the kiddos. They keep cold water available poolside since the temps are in the 100's which was nice.Rooms: Rooms were spacious and clean. No freezer in the mini fridge and no microwave.Food drinks: All restaurants on property were delicious and reasonably priced.
Beautiful grounds and hotel! They were able to get me a room when another hotel I had booked dropped the ball and couldn't find my reservation. Rooms were clean, nicely appointed, bedding was comfortable, food on site was fantastic, everyone was friendly. Parking is problematic (not enough spaces) so park early if possible.
Very beautiful hotel. There are restaurants and a store inside for your convenience. You never really have to leave the hotel. Prices are a bit high, but that's expected and everything I ate from the hotel restaurants was really good. I was here for a church convention.
Average at best. Staff was very pleasant. Food was about average for hotel food and overpriced as you expect at a hotel. Place is dated and needs upkeep. Lobby furniture is stained and worn. What really got me was they charged to use the gym. I would get better at a Holiday Inn Express. No hotels charge for a gym. The explanation was they don’t charge a resort fee so they charge to use an amenity that budget hotels provide for free. Cheap and low class. Bottom line if you go for a conference with a group it is okay. For a vacation or get away you can do better.
