I have a burger and salad. Burger was still boiled a little pink in the middle. They also use a great role. Spinat salad was also really good, with candied pecan and blue cheese. I got chickens and the chicken tasted like it was heated again. I would come back
What a great way to start the morning. The Bistro is located in Hilton Orlando. Very nice place, but at the same time relaxed. Don't get me wrong. This place is expensive, but the food is worth it. Magnificent place. Much natural light. Not many know about this place. It's on a lower level. You play music. I thought I was eating and knocking my feet to the beat. The seat in the bar for breakfast is excellent. It is for people who are here in business and come, eat and go in their cheerful way. Paula was my server today. She was very nice. Now....Let’s talk FOOD!! Stirred eggs, Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, fresh avocado, pico de gallo, roasted potatoes. $13.00. This week, everything came to the point with Avocado. Bistro serves only breakfast and lunch. I’ve only had lunches here. Selections are limited but of lighter and healthier ingredients. If you are steak lover type of carnivore, this may not be your restaurant. You should try the other restaurant, the Spencer’s. Whatever I’ve ordered here all tasted pretty good and the staffs here are super friendly. For serious tea drinker, they offer tea leaves, they let me look at the variety in their tea boxes and I happily discovered loose oolong
