Feedback gevenWe ordered a sub and rice bowl today January 6th from the Subway in Oromocto Gateway and my daughter went to bite into the sub and the bacon was not even cooked and she has stomach issues and that would not have been good for her and whomever made the rice bowl did not look at what I wanted I only wanted Ranch dressing and they put teriyaki sauces on it.
Okay, there are key times not to go here, maybe from 1130 to 1300. This is because the base will swamp the store, and obviously, you will have to wait a very long time. Seems to be properly staffed and has good service. Price varies, and it's equivalent to McDonald's prices, but you get more usually.
Since they added the Door Dashing with the store location the service in store has become subpar at best.All mobile orders are treated with priority over people in the store.I got into subway and was told they had three mobile orders ahead of me, that's fine they were started ahead of my arrival. three more orders came in not only after I had been standing there for a lengthy time, but another customer had been there as well.Then to only be told that all Door Dash orders are treated like customers in the store and take priority. So I left the store, and most likely wont be going back if this is their new standard practice of customer service.
We just ordered from here and the service was amazing! A blond girl waited on us, she was super polite, friendly and made us amazing subs!!! Probably one of the better subs I’ve ever had from subway :
Wouldn't give me a refund even though they messed my sandwich up . The manager made my sandwich and got defensive when I called them out for making it wrong. I will never go back you lost a customer .
