Chili's Grill - Osage Beach

We have eaten there 2 x now and both times have been great! This time we had a woman server, she was very attentive and informed me very kindly of a few things. We had great food.One of the guys seating people was very kind and respectful. He had a couple come in that didn't want to sit at the bar for their own reasons and he placed them on the otherwise and informed the next waiter that they were there. I thought that was very respectful and sweet and I told him that, I don't think he understood what I meant, but that was sweet!It is also the 2nd time that while we were there that the local clientele were very talkative and carried a conversation with me out of nowhere. This time, it was regarding the fact that little ones are so entertained with the phone. It was great to talk to the dad and understand that his values were old school cartoons, and reading books were the norm! How awesome!Wheelchair accessibility: Very much and there are no stairs.

Food service are of consistently good quality. We have visited many times over the past few years.

Sent my steak back 4 times asking for medium rare and they kept cooking the same steak and then sent me a steak that wasn’t cooked

Was on vacation and decided to go there. Ordered the mozzarella sticks and when waitress brought them out there was ranch dressing instead of marinara sauce so we asked the waitress for some. She replied, oh, I should've told you we were out. Then she got an attitude about it. After that, she never came back to our table except to give us our bill. Definitely won't be going back to that one.
