Chick Fil A The Loop - Kissimmee

Ed at this location is a phenomenal representation of the “Chick fil a brand”. His welcoming positive attitude coupled with his attentiveness to his customers made my catering experience the best I’ve ever had at any Chick Fil La catering location. Most importantly his openness about his faith sets him apart. Striking up a conversation with me about my cross sharing where he goes to church with me, set the tone for my day. Ed is a selfless, deserving individual who deserves recognition!

The meal was very tasty, and the service was very good! Their sauce is exceptional!!!!

Location at the loop is always busy but they do a great job .

Off rip I just want to start by saying the entire staff was so friendly and respectful. The food was delicious. Only thing was when they gave me my order and I checked it I was like I'm missing my chick fil a sandwich meal and my salad. Then they brought me my missing food but then it was the wrong salad and the wrong drink, I really appreciated their patience with me while I kindly asked for correct stuff. Very happy no one gave me any attitude while having to make multiple trips to me just to make sure I got everything right.

Each morning, I go to the restaurant and get my coffee and the staff is just the best there is…I get treated as though I was a queen… I leave the restaurant feeling loved …awesome crew…I give them a ten…
