I came in the other day, the girl working front cash was extremely rude to me and all my friends. The girl was also complaining about another worker. I noticed the other worker (the other worker had coloured hair) was doing a better job then the girl on front cash. So personally I think the girl on front cash is rude and needs to find a different way to be nice.
The food is really tasty good. But prices are more than I wish, although not out of line with some other fast food places. They don’t offer the Super anymore, but if you ask they might be willing to custom make one for you.
I'm not a fan of Arby's. It's okay if you're looking for something different, but during my last visit, I was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer the Great Canadian sandwich, which was my go-to item. Apparently, Arby's decided to align their menus between the US and Canada, leading to the removal of this sandwich. The Great Canadian was a delicious combination of a roast beef sandwich and a burger, thanks to its burger-like toppings such as tomato, mustard, mayo, lettuce, onions, Arby's sauce, and more. After this disappointing experience, I have decided not to return to Arby's.
My kids were excited about Shamrock shakes making a comeback, but a friend suggested trying Arby’s chocolate chip mint shake, saying it was ten times better. I decided to test their theory and was pleasantly surprised. The shake is definitely better, especially if you enjoy chocolate chips and a strong mint flavor. It looked nearly identical to the picture shown in the restaurant, with slightly less whipped cream, but I could have easily asked for more. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back.
