The place is neat, large and very well organized. almost everything or maybe everything is organic. it is expensive, but the best part is that they have loose seeds, rice and nuts for a very good price! there are missing some more vegan products, although updated by previous review on Monday, 29th april 2013

This is one of my first organic only shops in which you can buy safely what you need without warning how the products were made; the owners take care of it. these shops (in oslo there are several, also called life) have a large selection of cosmetic and hygiene articles. also a lot of special eating such as chocolate and the like. it also has a good choice of daily shopping, although these are at a higher price that similar products are in other stores. (Note that today you can find in many normal supermarkets around oslo organic products, you only have to look for the debio godkjent green sign. you can also find medicinal products of very good quality. a friendly staff.

Beautiful business with a large selection of food. unfortunately very bad infection control. it can be good to postpone the visit until autumn.

Helios has everything related to health food, ecological/bi-dynamic food, allergy food, food supplements, vegan foods, etc. friendly staff. the Swedish guy who works there came after me when I left because I had forgotten one of my things. that's nice, many wouldn't have worryed. my only complaining is that I was once there, they accused me of 2 kilos of meat I did not buy (as I did not eat). I only noticed when I came home and checked the recited. Maybe they thought they'd get away with it? I don't know, could have been an honest mistake. as last note is helios expensive. but I think all these health food businesses are in norway. (sucking us!
