Masseria Salinola - OSTUNI

Food was good and fancy place but far too expensive for what it was actually. The place is overrated due to the location probably.

We booked this Masseria based on the good reviews and having enjoyed a fab meal at another Masseria the other side of Ostuni but we should just have gone back there! This place is confused is it trying to be fine dining or local rustic cuisine? It didn't really succeed at either. The food was bland and unexceptional and although the service was friendly, the whole evening was not memorable. It wasn't worth the bill, there are better places for a much nicer experience within the area around Ostuni.

We had dinner here as it was close to where we stayed. We chose the 6 courses for €50 each, not expensive for the quality of food. The menu is set although there are a couple if alternative dishes if you really don’t like a particular course and they cater for anyone with dietary requirements. Everything was cooked and presented beautifully, we enjoyed everything we ate. You can also stay here and there were a mixture of resident and non resident guests. We paid €134 for 2 people with drink and coffee, this was very reasonable.

Posto meraviglioso, immerso nel verde. appena entrato trasmette serenità e tranquillità. l'accoglienza à ̈ calda e cordiale, mettendo subito a proprio agio il cliente, dalla chiamata di prenotazione, dove, con una chiarezza eclatante, il modus operandi dell'agriturismo à ̈ esposto, esponendo menu e prezzi, in modo da non avere sorprese quando si arriva in loco (che accade molto spesso in quelle aree come si poteva vedere. ) l'ambiente à ̈ rilassante e raffinato. il menu del giorno è un 6 corso dal costo fisso, di cui è possibile cambiare il primo e il secondo ma non gli antipasti. i piatti erano particolari nella loro normalità, molto buoni, nient'altro da aggiungere. Non e' un assaggio fuori posto. il prezzo giusto per la qualità e la quantità dei corsi.

Nous logions dans la Masseria, c’est donc naturellement que nous avons passé une soirée ici. Le décor est déjà sublime… Nous avons opté pour le menu avec plats (de mémoire). C’était délicieux ! Rapport qualité prix excellent ! Vraiment peu onéreux pour le nombre de plats et la qualité du repas ! Nous avons été bien conseiller pour le choix du vin. Nous recommandons + pour une magnifique soirée
