Feedback gevenThe staff could use some improvements on how they treat customers. I go there often to order a poutine and I sometimes stand in a long line. When it 's finally my turn there 's nobody at the cash to take my order so I have to call out Can somebody take my order? Usually someone comes right away but still they should have someone take the orders while the other employees make the food.
Terrible big mac -meat overcooked falling apart hamburger tasteless bland french fries terrible junior chicken terrible then if that is not enough -mcdonalds employee cleaning spraying the tables right beside me when I am eating has other area s to clean usually I always thought wait to customer leaves
We are from GTA so it was my first time order in this store because we were in the area, I ordered via mobile app around 11:45am, I decided to wait at curbside pick up spot so I don't have to go inside the store because it was lunch time. after 15 minutes, a lady went out and brought my order, I placed a large order with 12 cups (premium roast coffee-carafe as what they call in the app). She was in a hurry, I understood but half of my order were missing, so I called her. Cappucino wasn't there, so she had to go back inside to get me Regular Coffee instead even though I paid extra for the cappucino. When she came back, I told her that Happy Meal wasn't there, two other burgers and the 12 cups Coffee(Carafe). She told me, you have to go inside the store and talk to the manager. I said, I chose the curbside pick up so I don't have to go inside, but I went just to resolved the problem. She told the manager about my missing order, the manager wasn't really helpful, He was the worst manager I've ever met. I've asked nicely for the missing orders, he yelled at kitchen staffs that prepared my bags. Then he gave me the happy meal, which wasn't prepared properly, All the fries were on the box not inside the bag, I ended throwing it instead. I asked for the CARAFE (serves 12 coffee) and he said that they didn't have the container/box for that. Then I asked for my refund instead. He told me, since I ordered in the app that I should call customer service to get my refund. Since I was on vacation, I waited to call next day. I called the customer service and she told me that she couldn't help me, the store could've give me the refund on that day. I filled up an online request form and until now, NO ONE is calling me from McDonalds. IT IS REALLY UPSETTING AND DISAPPOINTING. I will never recommend this store and the manager on Oct. 4th 2021 was the worst ever.
I ordered at the drive-thru and was not told which window to go to. I waited for 2 minutes at the first window and was ignored (the window never opened in 20-degree heat). I went to the next window, got my food, and then went to return change to the worker and talk to the manager, but was told I couldn't pay there. I insisted that I wasn't going inside because I had been ignored at the first window. The worker then became rude and the lesson learned was that stealing from them would have resulted in less anger.
This is not the 1st time. I always check my bag before driving away. But on this May 30 at 6PM. That was the worst ever. Very very BAD management. The kids taking order is new, all staff is new. The kid taking order is careless. He told us how much we how at the station 18.88 we drive through the 1st window. I tell him we have a coupon 2 can dine for $12+tax. He collect $13.19. I get to the pickup window. Check the bag, not our dinner. I wait and wait and wait.. 20 minutes. The manager comes back said I paid for the wrong order!?? I paid what the kid told me witch match the coupon!!?? No we had orderded a Fish chips, not included with the coupon. I got mad. She ask that I pay $10 more total $23.. not matching the original $18.88 at the order station. I told the manager they are very screwed up. She agreed. She complained to me that Management sent her a bunch of new hired and that is why they are screwed up.. oh no dont tell me this. I am the customer, I then told her to FIX IT you are the manager. She continue to ask for $10 more. She was so confuse. She cannot do maths. I left. Park. walked in and ask for full refund. Please McDonald hire smart people as manager! Give them some power when their staff screw up. Hope the car in front of me liked order!! We went for Gringo.Yummy. Much healthier!
