Subway - Ottawa

The restaurant was fully booked due to the delicious food.

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant four times now, and I am very disappointed. The first few times, it took over an hour for my order to be prepared. I understand that they can get busy, but it is just a sandwich. Subway can be inconsistent at times, so when my second order arrived with missing toppings, I thought it was a one-time mistake. However, my most recent order was terrible. It took an hour to prepare, and when I received it, my 6-inch sub only had two slices of turkey on it. It seemed like the bread was cut incorrectly because it was much smaller than a typical 6-inch sub, and there were only three pieces of spinach on it. I will not be ordering from this location again. It seems like they don't put any effort into delivery orders.

This Subway restaurant is one of the best. I frequent this location regularly because the staff is always incredibly friendly and the food is consistently fresh and made exactly to my liking.

This Subway location has terrible service and is charging twice the price for half the food you can get at other locations. To have a good subway experience in this area there is another location at 180 Elgin Street, and also at the food court in the Rideau Centre which is less then a 10 minute walk from this location, and they give great service :
