Feedback gevenIf you are looking for a nice place to order o line dinner from. Forget about this place, go anywhere else if you want a meal delivered on time accurately and still warm. I placed an online order at 5:37, it was finally delivered at 7:20, needless to say food was cold and they were missing items in the festive special. Called the manger and they hung up the phone when I called to enquirer where my order was.
Sat down at 4:30, was finally able to order at 4:50. By 6pm, food hadn't started yet, left.
Absolutely great customer service. Absolutely amazing service and super friendly staff. The salads were so fresh and the portions perfect. We've eaten here twice since!Parking: Perfect parking lot

Tried calling to make a reservation because I had a big group. Told me they don’t take reservations. Showed up with my group and then was asked repeatedly if we had a reservation by different employees. (They obviously take reservations) Management seems to be incompetent and requires additional training. Poor management leads to poor customer service which leads to do dissatisfied guests.Different thought. Advertised thanksgiving meals, you get here and they aren’t doing thanksgiving. Ordered ribs that came cold. Out of desserts. As I was leaving they were running out of fries. I’ve worked in restaurants for over a decade, this Place is a disaster. Don’t understand why management would put the serving staff through all this. Everyone around was dissatisfied. Not one manager came to apologize, nothing. At least apologize to your guests, cowards.
