Feedback gevenThe food is fine, here in the area we haven't been very picky for a long time. Unfortunately, the service is unacceptable. At sushi only 12 out of 16 Maki and Nigiri were on the plate. On demand, the first was disputed, then two mackerel were handed over, but not without the comment that the cunning was and that we were actually wrong. When we then scraped out a photo (which we had done against our habits before eating), on which it was apparent that 4 Maki were missing, the phone was brought back with this laughing in the kitchen and back. So two Maki were missing until the end, an apology too.Bugs can happen, that is out of question. However, how to deal with it is crucial. For the three or four occasions distributed over years, where we have picked up food here, each time the card payment device was defective or the minimum amount for card payment was €50.
Today there were sushi to take. The telephone order was no problem at all and was accepted before 17.00 and ready for pick-up after 15 minutes. The quality is good and in the large selection the decision making was really hard! But everything was very delicious!
We were very surprised how delicious the food was on site. There was a wide selection of sushi. Also the selection of chickens were class.The order went over a tablet and was at the table in a few minutes.The restaurant was modernly arranged and you felt comfortable.We were very satisfied and come back.
Very delicious typical Japanese dishes. Staff is very friendly. I'm going to eat every month, and I'll take the pre-ordered food. I'll be happy to eat there.
Delicious and fresh sushi. My number one in the Rhenish Mountains. Friendly staff and appealing premises that are very authentic due to current Asian music.
