Hooters - Overland Park

This will be a live update as it happens. so it can be a bit ramble. I'm from the city that lives in an adjacent hotel. I arrived later in the evening.

Absolutely disappointed, so I would rate my hooters on Metcalf experience. I'll keep it short. terrible service. went for a World Cup game, on a Saturday.

What a terrible place! the waitress was the worst thing I ever had! when our food finally came after a very long wait (unscored) our appetizers came with.

Previously we were weekly parachutes of the hooters on metcalf in overland park, but this establishment has, I dare to say, disgusting. for starter, one of the external handles is broken twice and has been weeks. it gets confused up by a single screw. second, the lasting odour has deteriorated with the time. When we came to the restaurant last Monday, we turned our healings and went out quickly when the smell made us physically ill. much more common than not, not all ceiling lights and not all tvs work. every barstool has matured vinyl, so they cut the back of the knee. on Monday this week and today, a Wednesday, we have tried to dinner at hooters, but leave because the hahn beer is not at the right temperature, and therefore they were only flax beer. when I bless hooters wing, my man and I drive 25 minutes to go to the kansas speedway hooters. I urge the company management to deal with the above topics. it hurts us to see, waiting staff that we need to know about the years disappointed and angry that people turn at the door when once step in the decree facility.

I myself and the woman ordered a meelob ultra and a corona, but received two coronas instead. the chef didn't know how to cook the daytona wing properly and when he tried to recover it, he boiled it. received french after we nearly all our food ends and received the apology that it only one server and chef. when we came in, there was only one other table, so there should be no problem with keeping the order for two tables, and if the chef was so far behind, the manager should be back there to support him! with the current trips due to inflation, if I spend near $100 to get some wings and a few drinks, I would expect to actually be a good service and a decent meal properly prepared. the crew needs real training here, and the management must help them to work as a team when shorthanded. but don't worry, I still left a decent tipp, because I would otherwise be evil, although it wasn't deserved!
