Starbucks - Overland Park

Great and brand new location! Plenty of seating and drive through. Right off the highway!

I?ve been to a lot of Starbucks but this is the most friendly and cozy place I?ve been to for this chain. Alyssa is super sweet and definitely made my experience so much better. I wish this store was where I live if definitely be a regular.

Kind employees and always make my order perfectly (it?s a trenta iced pepsi with light ice, I attached a picture)

Recently refurbished with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff, reasonably quick service, clean restaurant. Drive through as well.

I went to Starbucks this morning. I had been crying for 30+ minutes on my way to work due to my cat having to be put down and decided to treat myself to a coffee. I ordered through the drive thru, and when I came to the window there was a short brunette girl with shorter hair. She opened the window and said ?oh my god! You are so pretty!?. I didn?t get her name, but I really hope she sees this. I genuinely don?t think she noticed I was upset. You made my whole month with your surprised kindness. It truly meant the world to me and it was the only time today that I smiled. Thank you for going above and beyond and taking time out of your day to be kind. Appreciate this employee, they are rare to come around.
