Marco's Pizza - Oviedo

Obviously blocking pickup means they have to go to get their food. I ordered online for order pickup. this location is right around the corner and I came within the time window (7:39pm 7:49pm.) I pulled myself to place #2 and told them I was there. I almost sat an hour in my car and waited for someone to bring me my Curbside order. When I sat in my car, I saw that there were at least 3 employees inside, so there was no reason they didn't give it to me. a hired finally went to home and the other left to do a delivery came back and hing out one because then left to do another delivery. When I came in, my order sat behind the counter, on the rule and when I told the girl that I had waited almost an hour, she just said oh, I'm sorry, and I'm the only one here and I can't leave the load. but she was not alone all the time when I sat before the load and waited for my order. I inquired that my eating is cold, and she said no, it was under a heat lamp. heat lamps do not keep food to time, especially when it has been sitting for almost an hour! yes, it was cold! please inform their employees about what it means to work in the service industry! I am very disappointed by this place.

Order at 6:20. delivery 7:15. now almost 8:00 and not leave the load. the load and the hired, who obviously had received many calls, said that they were a driver and an order came from the owner. I guess you have priority and you know that you're just short staff!

In terms of offers, fastness and quality. Previous was my place for pizza, but with recent developments I will have to find another! Advertized specials will have to deal with 'Corporate/Mgmt decision' as excuse, waiting times for placed orders have up to 1/ 2 to 1 hours and quantity of ordered supplements are best scanned while some ordered items are omitted! they have gone downhill in the last 6 months!

I got a 50% voucher in the post that it could be used on days that there was a full moon of July Dec 2022, and for some reason the code would never work if I wanted to order online, but if I went there personally on the 8th. I was told that the store owner decided to stop the deal that seems like wrong advertising in my opinion, There are other pizza shops that stick to their promotions just not Marcos.

It's OK pizza. Price is comparable to others and suacenis good. Not much to write home about the atmosphere.
