Owego Soft Serve

We were driving back to NJ from Lucifer Falls and I really wished for ice cream and good coffee and as soon as I voiced it , we saw Owego Ice Cream Spot. Ice cream was good but their coffee was even better! Thank you!

Newly reopened. Delicious ice cream, I had soft serve, they also have many flavors of Hershey's ice cream. I had the kid size cone, and it was more than enough. Servers, seemed to be father and son, extremely polite, and friendly.

Excellent as always, seemed to have limited flavors compared to last time we were there! One sweet girl serving! A lot for one person! Needs help!
