Feedback gevenOkay so just read it all cause there 's 2 parts. We ordered that $40 game box. We got the parm chicken. It looked like a bird plopped a gross white one and then had chicken thrown on top. NOW following my complaint they were very apologetic and replaced the food and delivered to us at no charge. The delivery guy was super nice wish I had cash for a tip) and then opening they sent a couple dip and a paper that said sorry : As disappointed in the food as I was I 'm sorry, it was great customer service. Keep up the good work guys. Also I know 3 stars is a bad score, but I leave it as giving you guys room to improve and grow. I can 't wait to change my score.
Was given the wrong order a couple weeks ago. Got a refund. Tried again today. As it turns out they don't make custom panzerottis any more. They have only Canadian etc. Can't go back if we can't chose our own toppings.
My family and I stopped at this restaurant on our way back from Grotto. It was around 7pm and getting dark outside, so we preferred to sit inside rather than in the car or outside. The cashier initially agreed to let us sit inside after checking with a staff member, but then mentioned that he didn't want to clean up after us and wasn't sure about letting us sit inside at all. Despite offering to clean up after ourselves, he still hesitated and suggested we eat in the school yard or in the car. We decided to leave and went to Boston Pizza, which was only 8 minutes away. Shouldn't cleaning tables be a part of the job in a restaurant or any eating establishment? Telling customers that they can't sit inside because you don't want to clean the table is not good for business in my opinion.
The staff at this restaurant is truly wonderful! The pizza is awesome and definitely a must-try.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but this time my online order was sent to the wrong address. After two phone calls and over an hour of waiting, my pizza still had not arrived. We were initially told it would be free, but after a third call, we were only offered $10 off. Eventually, we gave up and ordered from another pizza place, finally receiving our pizza just before 8 pm after 20 minutes of waiting. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
