American Deli - Oxford

Ordered for my son and me through DoorDash. My Philly Cheesesteak was delivered to me blistering hot; however, the fries were cold and half cooked. If they had been fresh cooked to order they would've arrived piping hot too. BUT, there is never, ever, EVER a good reason to serve half cooked fries EVER!!! Leave them in the fryer and allow them to cook until they are done STOP RUSHING THEM BY PULLING THEM EARLY. The sandwich was decent, but cold half cooked fries will get a one star rating EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Try their Garden Salad. I get mine with ranch. Its soooooo good. It comes with banana peppers, onion, pickles, cucumbers, cheese, tomato, and cut lettuce. The ingriedients are always fresh! We also regularly get their fries and just eat those for lunch. They are always cooked to perfection. They are efficient and always very kind. I appreciate them!! The wings were good. The sauces less than stellar, in fact, a little watery. I had the Family Gold (honey mustard) and the Garlic Parm with fries. The fries would have been good with some salt and ketchup after they went cold. The Garlic Parm was not very garlicky or parmy. Not bad for fast food delivery on the whole.

My food was done by the time i sat down the sauce tasted TERRIBLE!!! they wouldn’t even remake my order.
