I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich with buffalo sauce, but they gave it to me with lettuce, tomato, hot sauce, and onion instead. This is not how you make a buffalo chicken sandwich. They also overcharged me by two dollars compared to the menu prices. Despite this, I still left a 15% tip and gave them 4 stars. This experience has discouraged me from returning to this restaurant, as similar issues have occurred in the past during my last visit seven years ago.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. It has the worst service I have ever experienced. I truly don't understand why this establishment is still open. The chef in the kitchen is disgusting - he doesn't wear gloves while cooking or preparing the food. I even saw him wipe snot off his nose while handling the food. Trust me, if you read this review, you'll know exactly who I'm talking about if you visit the restaurant. It's a terrible and concerning experience.
