Feedback gevenI guess there is always a second time for everything, chicken was actually very good, I eat a lot of Kentucky, not over done or anything, we did used a coupon and saved like $12, I hope next time we go the for is of same quality.
This was the second visit I had made to this location and we waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot also they were out of dark meat, breasts, fries. I mean it was just another horrible experience and this is the second visit in a row like this. Last but not least even the manager had zero customer service skills and looks like she was a new employee. Definitely go somewhere else especially for the price.
Great place they're chicken is really good and big pieces too they just run out really early so if you want some you better get there early
For starters the day we went they were super low on staff that we waited almost a whole hour for our food and the kfc workers kept interrupting when we were ordering, and someone else was interfering the worker while they were taking our order. eventually they asked us to park out front and wait because they were taking so long. we were so patient and we were in no hurry at all, yet they still couldn?t even apologize or anything. once they got there they gave us the food and walked away and didn?t say anything. we were just so annoyed that we took the order and left, the workers name was allie and she walked away so fast. we went to check if our order was right and it wasn?t, we wanted two large lemonades and we got mediums with no ice so the lemonade was warm and half of the food was just tossed around in the bag. they also insulted our truck, which is a toyota tundra we laughed at first but it was just pure irritation from the customer service we were given. we are not happy with our service.
I love KFC, but everytime I come here, they get my order wrong, I ordered extra crispy buckets for 45 bucks. Chicken was soft and soggy, and my side order was wrong.
