We tried the peach bourbon, the pear bourbon, the agave extra, goat vodka, and awine aged barrel bourbon. My boyfriend had a ska brewery on tap, and I had a Oh Hi Mule as well. The food was yummy we had theelote salsa (SUPER FRESH), and the pretzel bites. Really good snacks while drinking some fine, fine liquor.
We did a tour with Phil and had a wonderful time. It was very informative, interesting and we gained a more appreciation for the craft of drinking. I was very surprised at how much tasting we did too. Very enjoyable and highly recommend!
Awful customer service! Mostly a negative experience for our party of four. We were hosting friends from out of state and went to the distillery on recommendation from some other friends of ours. We arrived at 8:45 (their hours are listed as open till10:00). We were seated, then ignored for the next 20 minutes. Twice my husband went up to the hostess stand to ask about ourserver, but no one was there. We finally flagged someone down at 9:10. As we attempted to order, we were informed that onlyappetizers are served after 9:00. Also, they were out of dough and mozzarella cheese?so two of the appetizers we chose could notbe prepared for us. One of the waiters basically told us we should have come to find them after waiting for 10 minutes. Like itwas our fault. Seriously the worst customer service response ever. The other waitress who came to our table tried her best tosalvage our dinner, and she at least allowed us to order some tacos. The food was fine, the drinks were actually pretty good. The atmosphere and music were the only redeeming qualities of the establishment. Basically, very embarrassing after trying toshow our friends a good time. We will not be back.
We had a flight of bourbon and Pear Brandy Sour. Photo of Big Billy Pizza and Caprese. Loved the Elote Salsa. Cute outdoor patio. You can bring your pup.
Went there today with some friends who came into town for the Palisade Peach Festival. The atmosphere was fabulous, with both an inside and outdoor seating area. There was a water mister, on the patio, that kept everyone nice and cool. They offered severalunique flights of different liquors, including Tequila, Brandy and Bourbon. Each one was unique and interesting. My taco bowlwas ok but a little bland. It had a generous portion of avocado that was fresh and delicious. The chicken was amazing, and Icould tell it had been smoked before it was grilled. We also had some kind of pita bread dish, that I'm very sorry but I can'tremember the name of. It had a honey and vinaigrette sauce and was so insanely delicious we ended up ordering the second one. After we ate the second one, we debated on getting a third but decided we were full enough. I highly recommend this place andpredict it will turn into one of Western Colorado's hidden gems!
