El Olivo Cafe - Palisades Park

This is genuinely good Guatemalan food. We had the beef soup and ordered steak also but the portions of meat in the soup was so generous we didn’t even get too the steaks so we took them home. Service was very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere was very informal. Some guys were watching soccer on the big screen tv and others were sitting alone, no one bothered anyone. I’m definitely going back for that soup as the winter sets in harder.Parking: It’s general street parking with meters I believe are only active on weekdays

Pupusas are delicious ...and the skirt steak it's delicious as well..rice is not good...I think it's a Guatemalan thing.. the way they do rice is different... but the flavor of the meat is good

Food is Great! Service is a little slow. But worth the wait!
