Grand China Buffet - Palm Coast

Mixed experience. At times, the freshness of the food really stands out, while other times, it unfortunately doesn’t. They have a Mongolian-style hibachi option where you can see your food in its raw state before it's cooked. The staff is friendly, and I believe this is the largest buffet I’ve ever visited, with a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruits.

My only concern is the condition of the exterior. It is quite overgrown, and I struggle to understand how the owner or manager can overlook such a disheveled appearance on a daily basis. This lack of upkeep doesn’t create a positive impression for potential customers. First impressions are important, and seeing the outside may lead many to think that the interior is just as neglected. If they worked on improving the exterior, I believe they would draw in more customers.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! Every Sunday after church, we look forward to our visit. They offer an excellent variety of sushi and Chinese dishes, all served hot. The buffet is consistently well-maintained. Plus, the restrooms are always clean, as is the entire restaurant.

The food was quite good, surpassing many other Chinese buffets I’ve visited. They prepare their dishes in small batches, which helps keep everything fresh. I’ll definitely return, and you must try the sweet tea! The only reason I gave it four stars is that it's clear they could use some new furniture.

We have been frequenting this restaurant for many years and are quite particular when it comes to buffets, so that speaks volumes. This place is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. Why? Because they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the food they serve. If necessary, they'll prepare fresh dishes right when you're there, and they even make fried mushrooms for those late-night cravings during a quick pickup. The staff is fantastic; they all work diligently and even remember you, including the chefs in the back.
