Bella Baci - PALM COVE

I am from Melbourne, 25mins from lygon street (Melbourne's little Italian). Tonight I had the prawn with dill and cream sauce.... absolutely Devine. My husband had the pork belly and we shared a serve of garlic bread. Neither of us finished our meals but we were so full. We will be back. Btw the staff where gorgeous also. A definite must for your next trip to the beautiful place.

Each year we vacation in Palm Cove and dine regularly at Bella Baci. This year, sadly, it has let us down. Table service staff not at all welcoming, the food, this year, disappointing. The veal, dry and tough. To the establishment's credit, the cost was taken off our Bill. However, would love to have enjoyed a tender, beautifully cooked and well presented dish instead. My suggestion to the Chef, Practice Makes Perfect!

It was another beautiful night in Palm Cove and we decided to dine at Bella Baci. After being told we could take a seat wherever we wanted, we were promptly attended to by a server and our order taken. Such quick service there. One hour later and starving we thought we should probably ask how much longer our dinner would take....we were told that the kitchen couldn't keep up that night as it was "extremely busy". Taking a look around there was at least 9 empty tables and that response didn't answer our question. I don't care what the kitchen is doing, I really didn't care if they couldn't keep up or whatever. I wanted to know how much longer! Anyway, ten minutes later the food arrived and it was delicious. I had the lemon butter veal, a member of my party had the steak and spaghetti bolognese was also had. All delicious and cooked to perfection.You would think so after having to wait for an hour and ten minutes!

The first impression we got was how friendly, helpful and accommodating the staff were with our requests. Nothing was a problem for them. Our waitress was AMAZING! We had 5 boys for a 13th birthday party and the waitress was FANTASTIC with the boys. She was fun whilst still being professional and efficient. The food was delicious. Big meals and very tasty. We will definitely be going back. We enjoyed the experience. Of course, the view of the ocean is incredible too. Well done guys.

Terrible service worse food. There's plenty of other places to choose from,go anywhere else but here.
