Neptune's on the Cove Restaurant

I just spent my last two dinners in Neptunes because the food was the best I had eaten every holiday. The pasta was delicious on both occasions and the desserts were delicious. I couldn't fail the service, waiting for the staff in especially the lady who took care of me was so welcoming and friendly, which calms me, especially when I was on my own dining room. I was lucky to get the perfect table out on the front with a view of the sea. It was a perfect end for my trip around Australia. Very recommended.

Great food and service. Best seafood plates. The irish accent guy eats all the pies yet is an acrobat and puts on gymnastics shows at night. It's worth asking.

I came here the other night when my sister was here on holidays as I heard good things from my colleagues and was not disappointed! My sister and I shared the seafood plate that was amazing. The Scallops and Morton Bay Bugs were especially unbelievable as the coconut sauce was, they should take a stroll! My friend has the steak with mash and greens and said it was the best he had in a while. Cocktails are also 10/10, so we came back twice, while my sister could enjoy the spectacular view! I recommend the Blueberry Gin Sour

The food at this restaurant was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. I ordered Barramundi and Maische with white wine sauce, which was fantastic. The cocktails were also excellent. The staff were very friendly, and we all left happy with our experience.

Went last night to meet a large group of chums. Having not been here before I was surprised at all them empty tables as usually, in Palm Cove, venues are full. Menu and decor were very bistro but, as wasn’t our choice, we were happy to give it a go. Entrees seemed very expensive but we assumed you would get a fairly large serve WRONG 3 yes 3) small scallops $24! The flavour was ok. Hubbies spring rolls 2) were nice but again $20 odd for 2 was excessive. His steak was very good $39) but, as everything is an extra, total cost, including a salad and mash yes all extra) came to over $50. Wine list was good but, again, overpriced. Won’t be going back
