Places like this should be called something like Einstein Bros Jr or Einstein Bros Express to manage expectations. While they have a limited menu, what they have is quick and tasty and served with a smile.

Love the pepperoni pizza bagel! We have been looking for a new spot with frozen coffees and breakfast Sammie?s! Your bagels are soooo chewy and fresh. Food is great! We also love using Uber eats for yalls delivery! Thank you

Horrible customer service! I ordered an ice coffee with ice on the side so it doesn?t get watered down and these people filled the coffee up to 1/3 the cup and told me that?s all they could give me. AFTER I PAID NEARLY 5 dollars for it! I?m todays day and age it seems Einsteins is taking the cake for RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! won?t be back. You?ve lost my respect. I wrote to their corporate office and heard no response back.
