Waited 2 hours for food and the bar back and Karen the bartender said that’s not long or any of their business lol. They take 0 accountability for their kitchen. Never seen such bad service

Karen is as the absolute worst. I couldn’t tell you about a worse server. As a local, so disappointed. She was rude and couldn’t even serve a piece of pizza. It was truly sad.

I take my kids to eat here all the time...when it came down to delivery they would not deliver. We are taking our business back to Palermos. They opened back up with the better pizzas and calzones. I drive for AAA andvsend many members to NYPD ....never again. Im local and not that far ...but when it comes down to needing a hand....you cant get it. I dont know how much business I sent there including bday pasrties....but never again.
