Subway - Palm Springs

Always a well-made sandwich for this store. Staff are friendly and get the job. Use on the line to save time. I did this for lunch today. Long series of customers, I went to the counter, signed the entrance, got my lunch and was out there. My sandwich was made exactly as I ordered.

This is your standard Subway, cookie cutter of most of them. You already know what you are going to receive because most of them are all the same. In this case, I ordered the same thing I always order. It was OK but standard Subway. I got a couple of cookies and they were OK. The only thing that was great was their iced tea. However I was not expecting anything more than what I received.

The employees are amazing at this location. I wish the two that were particularly good had on name tags but nevertheless they were awesome and very accommodating. Also, the breakfast croissant sandwich with turkey, egg, and cheese was super good. Glad I got to try it.

Everyone working behind the counter is skilled at making sandwiches with precision and minimal room for errors, unless, of course, you’re simply not paying attention. Kayla, in particular, stands out for her politeness and friendly demeanor. Her warm smile and cheerful attitude make for a welcoming atmosphere. I believe she has the professionalism and capability to manage her own restaurant one day if she chooses to pursue that path. I’m quite impressed by her excellent memory; she remembers my previous orders, which is a great touch. Brian is another fantastic employee who is polite and genuinely tries to satisfy customers. Together, they create a pleasant and memorable dining experience. I highly recommend both Kayla and Brian for their commitment to providing excellent customer service, which is often lacking in many fast-food establishments. Keep up the great work!
