Oveja Negra Palma - Palma de Mallorca

During our stay in Palma we visited this nice bar a couple of times and we were happy with the service and nice personnel. However, on our third visit the waitress had an accident and poured a whole glass of red wine over us. She did what she could in cleaning the clothes, shoes and my handbag. Then we tried washing the clothes ourselves but did not manage to clean them as we all know red wine stains can't be properly removed. The personnel of the restaurant did not offer us any compensation, however, the friendly personnel of our hotel discussed with the boss and he agreed to pay the laundry. The stains in the t-shirts could not be removed and the other t-shirt was a brandnew Fred Perry t-shirt and therefore we asked for compensantion on this from the boss. His reply was that he can't be sure if it was a new t-shirt. Accidents happen but customer service is also worth something... Very disappointing as we loved Mallorca and the friedly people there.
