Nadia Cakes - Palmdale

Delicious cupcakes with interesting, fresh flavors. Love the display of books by the bakery’s founder, which is actually how I learned of this place, and the dog cupcake, which my pup devoured. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat that is not only visually appealing, but also high-quality. Cupcakes are reasonably priced and have a bit more oomph and originality than other desserts I’ve tried at cupcake shops.

I was so disappointed in these cupcakes got the package and ended up throwing them all away. Texture on the vegan cupcakes were rubbery. No one in the family liked them. Customer service was great but for $4 cupcakes I thought they would have tasted a little better. Not even the kids ate them.

Cupcakes are delicious (vanilla) the frosting is too sweet. Got a cookies and cream cake... TOO SWEET.. overly sweet.. the bread was moist but the frosting killed the cake. Bakery could work on not overwhelming the customer with so much sugar in the frosting. Service was fantastic, great customer experience, the location was clean, good presentation. I love how they have cake examples.

Honestly it was whatever. I went in to ask if they, by any chance would be making any more cakes for that day for same day pick ups (for their daily reg cake sales) I get it, I get it, I should have placed an order months ahead like I was told because of how busy they are. I get it. But the cashier told me they would be making more cakes, I asked do you happen to know if they 'll be making more pink cakes and she said she wasn 't sure that the cake decorator would be in later. I asked can I pay for a cake now that is being made for later so I can just request it be pink... since it was in the plans to make more cakes... I couldn 't understand what the big deal is if a cake was already going to be made regardless why I could just request it be pink! Lol idk really made me disappointed with their lack of customer service.

Went to pick up a 6 pack of cupcakes and I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service. I had my 3 year old with me and the girl was so unbelievably kind to her : even gave her an extra cupcake. Will definitely be returning : thank you so the super sweet young lady, I wish I got your name!
