I've never succeeded in getting a hot and ready pizza on the spot, so it's best to call ahead and place an order. The quality of the pizza is good and offers great value for the price. I’ve tried the wings a few times, but they were small and, in my opinion, not worth the cost.
I was really looking forward to dining here after a long day at work, but I was informed that I had to place a preorder and that there were no walk-in orders available. I thought this place was supposed to be all about convenience with their "hot and ready" offerings, so I was quite disappointed. Additionally, it was off-putting to see so many people smoking in their cars in the parking lot. You’d think they would at least have their orders ready for a busy Friday. Overall, I’ve experienced very poor service during my visits, and I don't think I'll be returning.
I ordered the Fanceroni Pizza from the Palmetto Store and added mushrooms to ensure I got a freshly cooked pizza. When we brought it back, we asked why there were only 15 slices of pepperoni. We were excited for the crispy pepperoni that was advertised! The staff explained that when you add extra toppings, they can't include as much pepperoni, which made sense. The manager was understanding and insisted that we shouldn't have any issues. I give them 5 stars because all the staff were very friendly and professional.
Came in 15 months before closing, there were several people waiting for help but ignored. I asked if there were any hot and finished pizzas and said it had only one cheese, I went ahead and bought the cheese pizza together with crazy bread. After buying, I got the pizza that was best lukewarm. Everyone who came in said they could just buy a pizza. I understand that it was close to the closure, but there should be reluctance to recognize the people in the lobby. Also consider buying this place a new warmer.
Just went in for the first time at this Little Caesars after picking up my 5 year old from camp so we could watch a movie. Ordered hot and ready cheese, Buffalo wing crazy bread and soda and asked for 2 extra marinara sauces as well. I saw the cashier put 2 marinara only on the counter and asked if the crazy bread already came with one because I thought it did but still wanted 2 more. Another girl named Shaunna comes over and says she is in training and you are so rude and don't have to yell. I was taken back because I just got over the flu and literally have no voice at all and am struggling to even talk. I mentioned I'm sorry if you feel I'm being rude but you can obviously tell I have no voice and I would never be upset over a pizza sauce. She said see even the way you are talking now! I immediately asked for a refund and had her threaten me with calling the police. Bizarre and confusing is the only way I could describe this 3 minute encounter. She even refused to give me her name because I told her I wanted to complain about her and make sure it wasn't the trainee on the receipt who was very nice. 1st and last time in 3 minutes. Good job guys.
