Our lettuce cups were served with no serving spoon or sauce spoon. Food was standard andconsistent with other PF Chang restaurant locations. Lemonade mocktails were refreshing.
It's ok. It's basically westernized Chinese takeout food but marginally better. Had the northern style ribs, lettuce wraps with chicken and the honey chicken. The first two were pretty decent. Well-seasoned and fairly yummy. The honey chicken wasquestionable. There was an off-tasting tang (which I assume came from a tad too much vinegar) and a weird bitter flavour nearthe end (probably a poorly made batter). All-in-all, exceeded my expectations, but I wouldn't go out of my way to pay this pricefor mediocre food. Service was pretty poor. We had to wait 25 minutes while there were multiple open tables. We also didn't getutensils and plates until we asked. Several servers looked like they were just twiddling their thumbs. Not sure what was goingon there. Ok experience, but there are better Chinese takeout places. Not sure if I'll be coming back here.
We had reservations and after we had set ourselves, we waited for 15 minutes and no server came to welcome us or even offer water. I mean, I understand if you're busy, but they could at least say that I'll be in a short time with them. several server and bus drivers went past us in the 15 minutes. we decided to eat somewhere else.
My wife and I went in when our first dinner was at a pchangs I used to work in guadalajara, and also remembered that she used to serve really nice Chinese food or at least that I remembered. that is, orange chicken was extremely soggy and blanching and Mongolian bark was not properly executed if I remember correctly, the soße should hold on the bark and not be saucy runny in the plate. again I knew that this was just a nostalgic experience for us, but it is important for them to know this before they come to this pf changs, they will be better in their small local Chinese restaurant
We share 1 Chinese Caesar salad, 1 Miso salad, 1 brown rice and two glasses wein. with the tipp the bill was close to $100. the salmon and the salate were delicious, but not great. wein is $15 per glass, depending on the glass size. it was a bit cold in the restaurant. the servant did as if he was under duress, never smiled, but said the perfunctory greeted how he had been trained.
