Feedback gevenWe had a wonderful time at this hotel while spending a few days there with my friends. We absolutely loved it.
The prices are affordable, and the restaurant is conveniently located near a great supermarket and bakery. It is also close to good restaurants serving criolla cuisine. Our room had a beautiful view of the Panama Canal, and was clean and well-maintained. It was equipped with a telephone, TV, safe, refrigerator, private bathroom, hair dryer, large closet, and additional storage shelves. Fraupriscilla provided excellent customer service that exceeded our expectations. Their support was a great advantage for this business. Many thanks to them!
The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. The breakfast options are limited, so vegans and vegetarians should be aware that meat may be in everything. The staff can be slow to respond to requests via WhatsApp. The surrounding area is dirty and not safe to walk around at night. There are no "do not disturb" signs for the door, so staff may knock and ask if you need anything. Housekeeping will only clean if you are present to tell them. My room had a humidity issue, causing my clothes to become damp and dirty. After being moved to another room, I found the shower was broken. The pool area is only nice because of the pool itself; the chairs are dirty and broken, posing a potential safety hazard. Be cautious.
