It's difficult for me to give this rating. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, varied and healthy. If the restaurant were open and the wellness area could be used, the rating would be different. We booked in July for October and wanted a water view. I had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with my wife in this very good hotel. Great service, great concierge, staff very friendly, attentive and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptionally varied. Extra point. Dinner was also very tasty, the wellness area was very good and absolutely quiet. The hotel is centrally located, everything together is at least 5 stars. Mega top. Class. My husband and I had a comfort room. This is recommended. We only complained about the bathtub. Since I had nowhere to grab onto and the tub was very slippery, I slipped. Very nice short vacation in Papenburg with a visit to the shipyard. Rooms clean and nice. Staff friendly and service-oriented free parking spaces great location on the canal Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
